ANTARTIC PENINSULA
For each point in Antartic Peninsula you may benefit staying on point; it is easy to overextend, go out of your supports line of sight and die because of the awkward angles and sightlines on this map. A general brawl can be really strong here with heroes ranging close to long range all having their own strengths to being played. AOE heroes may also be strong because each point is relatively enclosed and therefore they will be more effective. Though depending on the situation of the match you'll mostly likely play to counter the enemy team rather than because a hero goes well with the map - I've personally heard a lot of distain for this map and players generally not knowing what to play on it.
BUSAN
Awkward angles and long sightlines is the best way to describe Busan. Downtown Busan is best for snipers or dive as either side has big highgrounds, Sanctuary can also run snipers as the sightlines are also very long but this will be less successful on MEKA base as it does tend to have a more brawl playstyle. Busan does have a lot of natural cover so use it to your advantage and try be aware of your surroundings as this map has a lot of opportunities to let flankers in.
ILIOS
Although I try not to sway bias in anyway, as an Ana player, I tend to hate Ilios. The points feel claustrophoic and awkward to play on as a sniper therefore I recommend mobile and mid to short range heroes. Although Widowmaker is a strong and common pick on Ruins. If you are forced to play point (only any squishy hero) you are very easily put in danger so try play supports like Lucio Kiriko, Moira, Tracer, Genji to be able to get in and out fast. I also recommend playing heroes that can get environmental kills as this is probably the strongest map for that.
LIJIANG TOWER
Lijiang is another map I rarely play Ana on as I tend to pick Kiriko or Baptiste over her as the sightlines on this map are usually short to medium. Pharah Mercy is a strong and common pick on Garden because of the many rooves that keep her up, the tall building that can be used for cover, and the opportunity for environmental kills. They can also be played on Control Center and Night Market although less common. Another strong duo is Genji Ana as Genji can easily reach enemies in the more enclosed areas which Lijiang has a lot of. You tend to see a lot of brawl on Lijiang as well.
NEPAL
Nepal is an opportunity for environmental kills. The points compared to the rest of the map are small and most fighting will usually happen elsewhere - most likely on the highgrounds. Standard brawl is strong here as well as heroes like Junkrat and Mei who have strong kits for maps like Nepal as they are able to threaten a large enclosed area easily. Flanking and off angles can be difficult to do alone so having damage boost may be beneficial and the chokes may be difficult to surpass so experiment a bit with fast heroes on maps like this.
OASIS
Oasis has a unique design in which one of the points has a jump pad; this is often used to initiate fights as it leads to the highground overlooking the point. Each point does have a leering highground that stands above the objective that provides a wide variety of angles to play with. On points Gardens and University you'll benefit from a brawl oriented team composition although this isn't always the case. On City Center you'll want a team and especially supports that are mobile - I'd say supports are the weakest on king of the hill type of maps because it's fast paced and they are easily caught out if not positioned well or don't receive enough peel, the rest of your team should be able to provide aid in those regards though.
